Exchange policy:


  • 1. Please review the full product details, including size, craftsmanship, and any additional notes, before making your purchase.
  • 2. Please be aware that colors and shades may vary slightly due to lighting and photography settings. Please consider this when making your selection.
  • 3. For hygiene purposes, items must remain unused and unwashed. Additionally, ensure the product retains its original packaging and tags intact.
  • 4. Please note, items lacking original tags will not be accepted for exchange.
  • 5. Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues within the apparel category, provided the request is made within 72 hours of delivery and the desired size is available.
  • 6. If the requested size is unavailable for the same product, customers may opt for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • 7. For every exchange, which covers both pickup and drop shipping expenses, the customer will be required to pay an additional shipping fee of Rs 200.

Return policy:


  • 1. Product should be undamaged, unwashed or unused.
  • 2. Tags of the product should be intact & undamaged.
  • 3. Product should be returned along with the original packaging.
  • 4. Product should reach us within 10 calendar days from the date of return requested.
  • 5. Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • 6. International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.

Return process:


  • 1. Customer needs to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site with in 24hrs of delivery before returning any product.
  • 2. If the customer returns the product without our confirmation, then we will not provide any credit note.
  • 3. The customer needs to pay the shipping cost of Rs 200 extra for every return for shipping.
  • 4. Return pick-up from the customer's address will be arranged by Palash.
  • 5. Please note that we do not provide any monetary refund.

  • 7. All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 10 days from the date of delivery. An amount of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the order amount of the returned product and will be credited as a coupon code.
  • 8. The discount code will be provided and the same can be used for once during future purchase.
  • 9. The validity of the discount code will be 4 months from the date of issuance.
