EXCHANGE POLICY


1. Before purchasing products, kindly go through the complete product details which include

size, craft story and other remarks.

2. Color and shades may have slight variation possibility because of the light and settings used

during photography. Please keep the same in mind while shopping.

3. Exchange is only applicable for size in apparel category, if requested within 24 hours of

delivery, subject to availability.

4. In case of non-availability of sizes of same product, the goods for an alternative of

customers choice must be of equal or more value.

5. Customer needs to bear the shipping cost while returning the products.

6. Customer needs to pay the shipping cost of Rs 100 extra for every exchange.


RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY


1. Please note that we do not provide any monetary refunds.

2. Product should be undamaged, unwashed & unused.

3. Tags of product should be intact & undamaged.

4. Product should be returned along with the original packaging.

5. Product should reach us with in 14 calendar days from the date of exchange requested.

6. Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any

expectations, the product will not be accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your

expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

7. International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.

8. Customer needs to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site before returning

any product. If customer returns the product without our confirmation, then we will not

provide any exchange.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+01b2eab406504d07a860cc6d0782d6f9@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
